Up for your consideration is this very nice 2000 PCGS MS-67 Canadian 1 ounce silver Maple with the Fireworks Privy. This is the second finest coin you can get for the PCGS registry. Current population is only 21, all 21 were made early on by one dealer. Out of 500 coins sumitted to PCGS back in 2003, there were only 21 in MS-67 with the majority grading MS-62 to MS-65. There were also an additional 500 submitted to NGC grading with only one MS-68 and 2 MS-67's being graded the rest were mainly in the MS-64 range. Up for your consideration is this beautiful 1922 NO D (NCS)NGC VG Details STRONG REVERSE Lincoln 1c Picutes do not do this coin justice. Nice even original chocolate color both on obverse and reverse of this specimen. Originally housed in a OGH PCGS VF-20 holder, the owner that consigned this coin to us sent it over to NGC for a crossover 3 years ago. To his total shock (NGC) had their numismatic conservation service division (NCS) slab this coin as "rim damaged" we dont see where the rim damage is on this coin unless its on the edge where it cant be seen inside the slab. If our company was grading this coin we would call it a VF-25, but as the saying goes everyone has their opinion and NGC had theirs on this coin. Needless to say this coin is rare and even with this designation it's still worth every bit of $700+! We've seen examples of a much less detailed strong reverse coin sell in the $900-$1100 range and do not expect this coin to sell for anything less than the estimate. We have been given permission to start this at $525 which if you're in the "know" is a very inexpensive starting price for VF-20 calibur coin. Coins like these dont come around often that's for sure!

Our conservative estimates for this coin is $1100 and $1300.

Up for your consideration is this beautiful 1987 PCGS PR-68 Bermuda Sea Venture 1 ounce Palladium $25 Coin details... 1987 BERMUDA TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS FEATURES THE 1609 WRECK OF THE SEA VENTURE CERTIFIED PCGS PR-68 KM # 53 CONTAINS 31.1 GRAMS OF .999 PURE PALLADIUM 34 MM ACROSS 1.0 OZ Pure Palladium The estimated mintage was about 2500 total pieces with many being destryoed for their palladium value back in 2001 when Palladium was trading at over $1100 dollars an ounce. This coin is one of only two finest PCGS examples known. Since we have both of the finest known examples on hand, we recently resubmitted the cert number that follows this coin in hopes for a PR-69 that's how nice both of these coins are. The "king of platinum" Leonardo Garcia somehow managed to buy mint sealed box (box #2 of only 7 total minted) and hand picked this coin along with another 54 in hopes of getting an MS-70. Needless to say NO MS-70's were made back when this coin was submitted. The coins were auctioned off one by one on "e" every 5th day with each coin fetching well over $700 each! Expensive you might say? Yes, we even thought so. But where else were you going to get one for the PCGS registry when the entire population was made by one dealer, with raw examples non-existant! If you platinum guys recall it was an insane time for the the 1998 10's in Mint State. The surviving population of all mint state 1998 $10's are less than 3500 as most were handled by jewelers and subsequently melted! This coin in its original PCGS (PNG) older holder says it all. It seldom comes up for sale, in fact so few have been offered the last time we saw one for sale was 5 years ago and it STILL brought a hefty $850! The above mintage number has been debated for a number of years. Some "in the know" have stated that the number minted was much lower with many destroyed/melted early on. Needless to say that survivors of this rare Koala are few and far between. Even with a mintage number (on the high side)of 350 coins total makes this an extremely rare coin. This NGC MS-65 is currently tied for 4th finest certifed by NGC there are two examples in MS66 one in MS-67 and one in MS-68 Currently there are only 6 examples certified by NGC in all grade levels. We've seen only 1 RAW example of this coin over the last 5 years, it sold for $600 and it was in such bad shape that PCGS would not grade it for the dealer that submitted it. Due to the high demand for $5 MS-69 $5 Gold Eagles, many of the 2001 $5 gold eagles were resubmitted by the orginator to PCGS for a MS-69 grade therefore putting an original GEM 1 of 1440 set together 10+ years after their release is nearly impossible. The 2001 $5 gold eagle trades for about $700-800 on the site that starts with the letter "e". The set consists of (all coins dated 1999 and graded MS-69) $50,25,$10W unfinished proof die, $10 business strike, $5 I'm not going to get into a thousand accolades about this set, this is one of those rare cases I'll let the coins do the talking. However! I will state, that PCGS only certified a total of FOUR of these historical sets back in 2002, meaning that only 4 people in the world can ever own one. As a bonus which none of the other three sets have, this set will also include THEE finest example of both the 1999 $5 Canadian "Certified" heat damaged Maple and finest 1999 $5 Canadian Maple with the RCM privy mark. This set will also be framed in a very expensive museum quality frame with a certificate stating that this is the FIRST set of the FOUR that were put together with the bonus coins as an exclaimation point to that fact. According to the informaion we've gathered over the years. #4 is the lowest set can be had outside the Ford family. Set 1,2,3 were given to President Ford when these were made. Proof errors are extremely rare as they are inspected prior by mint workers to insure they are perfect collector coins. Well... here's one they missed and probably the only 2003 proof silver eagle error to escape the mint that year. This particular coin was submitted to PCGS in 2003 and his housed in the desireable older PNG holder. Proof Eagle errors usually trade in the $100's to even $1000's when they come up for sale. Up for your consideration is this UBER Rare 1988 NGC MS-67 Seychelles G100R Gold 10th Anniversary of Central Bank. Not to be confused with the Poof issue that has an estimated 3000 mintage. There were only an estimated 5 business strike issues minted PERIOD. Out of the 5 coins stuck there are only 3 known to still exist, this is one of those coins. These were intended to be test strikes before the Proof stuck coins were to begin production as can cleary be seen by its "matte" finish. NGC has only certified TWO at any level in Mint State (MS) and both were submitted to NGC at the same time for grading. These coins were owned by a Seychelles Central Bank executive that oversaw the mintage of these coins. What's a coin like this worth? That's a good question that only an auction can determine as non have ever been offered to collectors until now. Other coins with such low mintages have gone in the 10's of thousands.

Up for your consideration is this "oh wow" 1814 NGC MS-66 JR-2 10c. There are coins & THERE ARE COINS! This coin is SOLO POP 1 for the varity (JR-2) (10c. Dot after C small date reverse) that has no equal. She is housed in her original "Older" NGC holder circa early 1998. This coin has been TOP POP officially for 15 years, and technically for almost 200 years. Rick Montgomery President of NGC, has had a chance to examine this coin TWICE, he even said OH WOW! Everyone that sees this coin at coin shows says the same exact thing OH WOW! *This coin may have a chance to upgrade to MS-66* (Star) or MS-67 by current 2012 standards which are much less stingent than 1997-1998 standards, however the current owner refuses to have this coin cracked out of it's older/original NGC holder. Frankly I dont blame him one bit. One tiny mistake cracking this beauty out could destroy this treasure, and to think of it... When was the last time (modern era) NGC certified something this wildly toned? One word..... NEVER! Hardly worth gaining a $20+k profit for a star designation or MS-67 grade for that matter. The risk out weighs the gain by a long shot on this piece. You simply can NOT replace a coin like this plain & simple. The thought of a $20,000 or even $30,000 gain on this coin seems like a wonderful idea? BUT what if the plastic cracked the wrong way and scratched the coin essentailly destoying its numismatic value, or what if NGC refuses to put this back in the holder calling it AT for some crazy unknown reason? or you simply have fumble fingers and drop it on the floor! Being in the coin business for over 30 years, I've had ALL three happen to me (not necessarily in that order and thankfully not at the same time) NOT fun when it happens trust me. OUCH! Besides this coin has character being housed in it's original older NGC holder. Not one of these newly graded BLAST WHITE hole filler glorified MS-65 made to be a higher grade. No green CAC stickers (the coin has plenty of aqua green purples and every color under the rainbow)& does NOT need an aqua/green CAC sticker to boast it. It's just one of those coins that does not need any hype folks! The originality of this coin is off the charts! This is one of those rare lots that I'll have the coin do the talking. This coin has a value of about $35,000 but due to it's unique MONSTER toning to the right collector it's worth much much more. We're going to start bidding @ $32,500 which is the least the seller is willing to accept for it. No low-ball offers please we've had quite a few dealers wanting to offer $22-26k for this specimen to take it off the auction block. ONE WORD...... NO! 30k+ & we talk. We just had a bust expert chime in on this coin. (3/29 @ 715pm CST) I am a bust dime specialist. What you have here is a JR2. It shares obv. 2 with the JR3 and has a unique reverse. Your coin has every characteristic of this die marriage, so I do not understand why someone thinks it is not a JR2. In any event, the JR2 is pretty rare, much rarer than the JR3, though not a redbook variety like the small date. I understand you not wanting to sell the coin for anything less than 35k?
