Vintage matte-finish 10.5 x 13.5 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “For the Honorable William Russell, with best wishes and warm regard to a distinguished American—from his old friend, Dwight D. Eisenhower.” Matted and framed to an overall size of 15.75 x 18.25. A few scattered light creases, and some mild fading to portion of image from sun exposure, otherwise fine condition.
