In part: “Reference is again made to your appeal to the Civil Service Commission regarding your reassignment at the Veterans Administration. I am enclosing, herewith, a copy of the letter I just received from Mr. William A. Foley, Regional Director…speaks for itself.” Paperclip impression to top edge, and some scattered light toning and creasing, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a carbon of Foley’s letter to Kennedy.
