^#175 ^Lot 186 Declaration of Independence: Samuel Huntington and Oliver Wolcott

Partly-printed vellum DS, in Latin, signed “Saml Huntington L.L.D.,” and “Oliver Wolcott L.L.D.,” one page, 14.25 x 12.25. Untranslated document, which appears to be a diploma, signed at the conclusion by Wolcott and Huntington, along with 14 others. In good condition, with both signatures light, but mostly legible, intersecting folds, one passing through Huntington’s signature, creasing to both signatures, scattered toning, and some small areas of paper loss to right edge.
