Self-contained partial partly-printed DS, signed “P. Henry,” one page, 7 x 7.75, 1785. Lower portion of a land grant, signed in the lower right by Henry as governor of Virginia. A couple small separations to central vertical folds, scattered toning and creasing, slight mirroring of signature, a few trivial pinholes of paper loss, and a few small edge tears, otherwise very good condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
