Souvenir typescript, one page, 8.5 x 11, signed at the bottom, “June 25, 1971, Hugo L. Black.” A typescript of his “Concurring Opinion to the Supreme Court Decision in Favor of the New York Times and Washington Post.” Decision begins, “I adhere to the view that the Government’s case against the Washington Post should have been dismissed and that the injunction against the New York Times should have been vacated without oral argument.” In fine condition, with some scattered light edge creasing.
