Vintage matte-finish 6.25 x 6 photo of Nimitz signing the Japanese surrender aboard the USS Missouri, signed and inscribed in the bottom border in fountain pen, “To George Goddard—Best wishes—C. W. Nimitz, Fleet Admiral, WTA.” Some mild to moderate brushing to the signature and inscription, otherwise fine condition.
