Signed book: Terribly Intimate Portraits. First edition. NY: Boni and Liveright, 1922. Hardcover, 6.5 x 8, 212 pages. Signed and inscribed on the first free end page, “For John Henry Anderson, with very great admiration, Noel Coward 1924.” In very good condition, with toning to signed page over signature and inscription, light toning and foxing to pastedowns and opening and closing pages, weak but intact spines, rubbed and worn covers, rounded corners, fraying to head and tail, tear to a single page, and a small repair to spine cloth. This was Coward’s first published satire.
