ALS, one page, 8.5 x 11, March 6, 1967. Dos Passos writes to Dr. Straus, in full: “Thanks for the two papers. I’ll read them with interest and instruction as soon as I work through a pile of stuff on my desk—Maybe we can get to see each other again before your leave for your town. It was great fun the other night.” Intersecting folds, one passing through the beginning of the last name, scattered creasing, and a few trivial spots, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, addressed in Dos Passos’ hand.
