Color hand-painted animation cel from De Patie-Freleng Studios, 9.75 x 9.5, featuring the Pink Panther holding a car tire over his head on a stage set from a 1988 United Artists Studio theatrical release. Signed in black felt tip, and set against a pre-printed background. Double-matted to an overall size of 18 x 14. In fine condition.
