DS, two pages both sides, 8.5 x 11, May 18, 1964. Agreement between Tempo Music, Inc. and Edward Kennedy Ellington for the rights of the composition, ‘La Scala, She Too Pretty to be Blue.’ Document states that Ellington is to receive a share of 100%. Signed at the conclusion by Ellington and two others. In fine condition, with light toning and a red ink notation.
