DS, two pages, 8 x 13, August 24, 1950. Two page affidavit from Porter concerning the reinstatement of his driver’s chauffeur license. Porter notes that “I am fully familiar with the three instances of speeding which resulted in the revocation of Paul Sylvan’s license…I am sure that my chauffeur will not again under any circumstances exceed the speed limits.” Porter needs his services as he is “working on a new show entitled ‘Out of This World.’” Signed on the second page in black ink by Porter. In fine condition, with expected folds. Accompanied by a TLS from Porter’s attorney concerning the matter, urging him to return the deposition after he has signed it.
