Original cocktail menu from the Hotel Astor restaurant, measuring 10.5 x 10.5 open, signed inside in pencil by Sinatra, Connie Haines, Tommy Dorsey, and one other. In very good condition, with toning along the edges, a small separation to the bottom left corner, and areas of surface loss along the spine and edge to the outside of the menu.
