Bank check, 8.5 x 3.75, filled out in type and signed by Garland, payable to General Telephone Co. for $340.24, July 20, 1966. In very good condition, with a central vertical crease, some light creasing, a small tear and area of paper loss to the top edge, a small return address label affixed to the bottom left corner, and the expected notation and show-through from cancellation stamps on reverse and one on the front, affecting the first letter of the signature.
