Vintage pencil signature, “Judy Garland, 8850 Evenview Dr., L. A. Cr. 66466,” on an off-white 4 x 7 restaurant check. Double matted and framed with a portrait of Garland to an overall size of 19.25 x 16.5. In very good condition, with a couple horizontal folds, one passing through bottoms of a few letters of signature, moderate toning to most, with a lighter block over street address, and a few other light creases.
