Vintage matte-finish 11 x 14 Elmer Fryer photo of McHugh lounging with a cigar, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Bill Shepherd, All Good Luck, Sincerely, Frank McHugh, 1/4/39.” A few trivial creases, some areas of light discoloration, and mild silvering to the darker areas of the image, otherwise fine condition.
