Longtime former women’s wrestling champion (1915–1989). Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Burke wearing her championship belt, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “Best wishes to my friend ‘Doc Austell’ from Mildred Burke, World Champion Lady Wrestler.” In very good condition, with scattered creases and surface marks, and a bit of mild border soiling.
