Halfback for the Washington Redskins who played college football at Ohio State University and won the Heisman Trophy in 1950. During training camp in 1956, he suffered a serious brain injury in an automobile accident that left him partially paralyzed and ended his athletic career. Composite print, 8.5 x 11, of a cartoon of Janowicz by Bob Parker in 1981, signed in black felt tip. In fine condition, with some border toning from previous display and a couple of corner creases.
