Original program from the Metropolitan Golf Writers Association National Awards Dinner, held on February 21, 1967, 7.25 x 10.5, two pages. Signed inside under their images in ballpoint and felt tip by Nicklaus and Palmer. Opposite page bears a signature and inscription of another attendee. Some soiling to back cover and a central vertical crease, otherwise fine condition.
