#1849 Lot 1909 Union Generals
Bold ink signatures of Philip Sheridan, adding his rank and “Washington D. C., May 16, 1865,” on an off-white 4.5 x 4.5 sheet, with signatures of A. T. A. Torbert, and Samuel P. Heintzelman, on the reverse, with both adding their rank. In fine condition, with a uniform shade of toning and darker areas along the edges, and light rippling to the top edge.
