Hicksville New York Optometrist Trade Sign, Ca. 1920. Rare trade sign having the Proprietor's name on it. Attributed to Hicksville, NY. Similar to the one that was in the movie "The Great Gatsby" set in Long Island. Cast zinc. Original paint on one side and black over spray on reverse side but shows much of the original paint. Overall very good condition. 10 X 30 inches.
