Schmidt Coupe concept artwork. Collection of 20+ high quality digital prints of conceptual artwork featuring designs by special effects vehicle designer Daniel Simon, and production designer Rick Heinrichs, for the distinctive Schmidt Coupe. Simon stated that it was inspired by the style of the Mercedes 540K, combined with the off-road capability of the rear twin-axle Mercedes G4 as well as hints of Bentley and Duesenberg in the design. The collection highlights various views of the automobile, together with dashboard layout, concept close-up views of the Hydra logo hood ornament and stunning key and ignition designs. Produced by the art department for approval and creative sessions, many have pinholes at the corners where they were hung during production meetings. The high quality prints are on various paper stocks, some quite heavy with matte finish. Sizes vary from approx. 9 in. to 16 in. up to 19 ½ in. x 35 in. Perfect for framing and display.
