Lot 135 Captain America distressed hero rescue suit
Captain America distressed hero rescue suit. Heavily distressed hero USO stage-show version of the Captain America costume. After liberating his allies, he leads the freed soldiers on an assault that ends in the complete destruction of the Hydra facility. This 3-piece costume consists of an undershirt made of distressed red, white and blue form-fitting stretch fabric that zippers up the front with a Velcro vent on the back of the collar. A distressed brown leather bomber jacket is worn over the shirt. Battle-scarred, khaki paratrooper pants complete the ensemble. Includes brown leather boots, gloves, blue web belt and the matching blue helmet (stolen from the USO showgirls dressing room) with stenciled “A” on the forehead and wings on the sides. The helmet includes the goggles worn prominently on it throughout the rescue scene. In addition, a classic red, white and blue shield accompanies the suit. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
