Steve Rogers “Inactive” file. File folder measuring 9 in. x 13 ½ in. with “Department of the Army Strategic Scientific Reserve” and emblazoned with the prop red ink rubber stamp, “Inactive.” The file is held by Peggy Carter at the end of the film after Captain America is MIA and assumed dead. She opens it and hesitates before pulling out the photograph of “skinny” Steve Rogers. The file is full of production-made papers and prop official paperwork on the subject of the Super Soldier experiment. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
