Mexican Espada da Ancha (or short sword). Approx. 22” blade, 27” overall. Blade measures 1-5/8” across widest part of ricasso. Hilt shows forged steel two-branch guard. Grip is forged and engraved forged
steel over horn spacers. The condition is good with scattered pitting and erosion with a nice dark patina.
