Visual measures approx. 17.5''H x 21.25''W. 1985 Certicate of Authenticity comes with this Watercolor Painting by Howard Fussiner, stating that appraised value for insurance purposes, based on fair current market value is $500.00. Fussiner is a featured artist on Askart.com and was born in New York City, he studied at the American People's School, the Art Students League from 1946-47, Cooper Union, 1947-49, and New York University, 1949-52. He was a Humanities Instructor at Morehouse College, 1952-55, Professor of Art at Colby Jr College from 1958 to 60, and Professor of Art at Southern Connecticut State from 1960 to 1988. Fussiner exhibited works at the Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale as well as many other venues.
