Willy Seiler Hand-Colored Etchings - Japanese. Two hand-colored etchings by noted artist Willy Seiler, entitled ''Fisherman'' and ''After Work'', circa 1950. They are both signed, visual measures 11'' x 8''. Seiler is a renowned German artist, settling in Japan and was instructor to Army personnel in oil painting, life drawing and sketching at the Tokyo Army College.
