Lot 890044 Maryland Civil War 5th Reg Military Brass Coat Button
This is a military coat button from 5th Regiment of the state of Maryland, dating from the Civil War period. The image has a nice monogram, number 5, and motto: "DECUS ET PRESIDIUM." The button is brass, with no shank, and stamped with a word, and C.T. It is approximately 7/8 inch in diameter. It is in very good condition.
