^Lot 183 Collector's Lot of Two Colt Double Action Revolvers

Manufactured in 1907 with standard two line Hartford address/patent dates (1884-1895) on top of the barrel, caliber marking on left barrel side, the cylinder latch inside of the frame, and the crane are all marked "9161". A circled Rampant Colt is present on the left side of the frame with a "VP" and "3" on the left side of the trigger guard. The grips are checkered with "COLT" in a large oval on either side.

Condition: Very good with 75% plus the original blue finish with the balance thinning to a brown patina. There are a few small minor dings, a few areas of spotting, and a few faint scratches with some light edge and muzzle wear. All markings are crisp and clear. The grips are excellent with a few minor dings and crisp checkering.

B) Manufactured in 1920. Left side of barrel is marked "POLICE POSITIVE SPECIAL /32-20 WCF." and the top of the barrel features a one line Hartford address and one line patent dates, with a Rampant Colt on the left side of the frame. Polished side blue checkered hammer and smooth trigger. Fitted with hard rubber grips with "COLT" in ovals on either side.

Condition: Excellent with 98% plus the original blue finish with some slight edge and muzzle wear and a few scattered light scratches. The grips are also excellent with only a few slight dings and scratches with sharp checkering.
