^Lot 366 Collector's Lot of Two WWII Nazi Proofed P-38 Semi-Automatic Pistols

Left side of the slide is marked "P.38" followed by "byf/44" along with a commercial "eagle/N" proof and the right side of the slide has a "135" proof and an "eagle/L" police proof. Barrel lug has a "135" proof and commercial proof on the left side. Visible numbers match, "P.38v" marked magazine, and fitted with ribbed grips.

Condition: Very fine as professionally restored. The pistol retains 90% blue finish with the balance a faint plum patina on the frame. The grips are excellent with a few areas of numerous scratches on the right panel and some minor handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent.

B) Slide has Spreewerke "cyq" marking with "88" proofs present and barrel lug marked "cyq" and "B79" along with an asterisk. Visible numbers match and fitted with ribbed grips.

Condition: Very fine as partially refinished. The pistol retains 90% blue finish showing thinning, with areas of cold blue on forward slide and grip strap. The grips are very good with a repaired chip on the left panel at the top and some very scattered minor handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent.
