Lot 396 Collector's Lot of Two WWII Japanese Semi-Automatic Pistols

Nagoya Arsenal (1st series) marked with the Showa date 18.7 (July 1943). Large trigger guard, early production type cocking knob, mismatched magazine (443), and ribbed grips. Bolt and cocking knob numbered to gun. Complete with a "homemade" period brown soft leather flap holster.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 95% original blue finish showing some minor thinning. Grips are excellent with a few barely noticeable handling marks. Mechanically fine. Holster is fine with tight stitching.

B) Nagoya Arsenal (1st series) marked with the Showa date 18.9 (August 1943). Large trigger guard, early production type cocking knob, lanyard, and ribbed grips. Matching bolt with mismatched cocking knob and magazine (both numbered 382).

Condition: Fine. The pistol retains 50% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina with a mottled brown patina on the grip straps. The grips are also fine with a couple minor pressure dents. Mechanically fine.
