Brown leather construction, with a reinforced opening, "10" stamped on the front and "crown/KM" on the flap. On the front is a pouch containing a brass capper stamped "KM512" on the rear, and a lidded cartridge box is mounted on the side with "crown/KM" on the flap and "232" scratched and white highlighted on the front.
