^Lot 1449 Superb Engraved Gold Inlaid and Signed Remington Model 1100F Premier Grade Semi-Automatic Shotgun wi

The Premier grade was exclusively the product of the Remington Custom Shop, with masterfully hand-fitted components and superb embellishment. A product of unquestionable skill and dedication. The receiver shows almost full coverage of beautiful scrollwork, with a punch dot background. The left side of the receiver has a three-panel field scene; a pheasant in flight at the front, two hunting dogs standing near a "JHC" signed rock next to the "Remington Model 1100 F" in a banner at the bottom and a woodcock taking off on the right. The right side has a similar scene, with thick gold inlays for the animals. The trigger guard is engraved with the same pattern with a dogs head in a matte background oval panel in the center. Mounted with an extra fancy high grade walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with decorative bordered checkering, with a black plastic teardrop grip cap with diamond shaped inset, right handed palm swell grip, high comb, gold initial oval and solid Remington recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 1/2 inches. With three barrels, all with vent ribs, dual beads, 2 3/4 inch chambers and a wedge of scroll engraving on either side of the chamber, measuring 30 inches (full), 25 1/2 inches (skeet), and 25 1/2 inches (screw-in choke, Light Contour, ported), and an extra pistol grip stock numbered to match the gun. Complete with an Americase case.
