Lot 1614 Second Pattern Artillery Luger Snail Drum Magazine
This second pattern magazine employs the stamped folding winding lever and has the late production concentric reinforcing rings on both sides of the drum. The top and bottom of the magazine is marked with the maker's code "B/N" (for Gebrüder Bing/Nurnberg) and the serial number (342543). The numbers "12", "17", "22", "27" and "32" are stamped around the circumference of the magazine bottom.

Condition: Very good. The magazine retains 80% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. There is some minor pitting (mostly on the bottom edges of the drum).
