Albany slip covered glaze, cylindrical mug with applied strap handle featuring a molded figure of a frog. Incised Cairo Water Purifier. Cairo, Illinois is located near Anna, Illinois along the Mississippi River and was a busy trade port during the later part of the nineteen century. D 5 ½ wide at the handle, H 3 tall.
