Measuring 12 inches wide and 15 1/4 inches tall, this jug is marked with a black ink "5" flanked by flowers near the handled spout, and "EVANGELISTA/HESTON'S/SPRINGS CO./FAIRFIELD, - - IOWA" on the side the body in a rectangle. Finished in a light gray glaze, darker on the interior, with brown speckling around the spout.
