Lot 3458 Two Robert Farthington Elwell Horse Bronzes
1) Horse with leg up bronze sculpture. This great almost classic bronze of a thoroughbred stallion being commanded to place one leg up in the air while the other 3 legs rest on the bronze ground base. Measures 21 inches wide x 6 inches deep x 18 1/2 inches tall. 2) Dancing horse bronze sculpture. This bronze depicts a wild stallion with his two legs rearing up to the sky while his hind legs rest on ground level. Signed on the bronze base. Measures 11 inches wide x 15 inches long x 17 inches tall. (Am: 1874 - 1962)
