Lot 3805 Documented U.S. National Postal Meter M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine
Manufactured during World War II. Blade front and flip peep rear sights, with a "10-43" dated Underwood barrel with Ordinance bomb cartouche, Type I barrel band, blue flat top bolt, milled trigger guard, magazine catch marked MN, high wood stock, with 2-rivet handguard, oval oiler cutout, "TRIMBLE/TN" in the sling cut, "NPM/FJA" and Ordnance cartouches on the right side. Trigger guard is marked "MN06209014/264". Complete with tan canvas sling and a data sheet.

Condition: Very fine with 60% original parkerized finish with a few scattered scratches on the barrel with slight wear to the muzzle, barrel band and receiver.
