Lot 1694 Sinking of the Titanic, German Version
Two items: brown hardcover German copy of Das Ende Der Titanic, by Thomas Russell, Laird & Lee, 1912, featuring an artist’s rendition of an angel holding a wreath over a sinking ship; and a paperback copy of the same book, featuring the same drawing, only larger, on the front cover. The hardcover exhibits a cracked hinge.
