Antheil acknowledges an agreement between himself and Weintraub Music “for the publication of your choruses 8 Fragments from Shelley…On all published copies of these choruses sold, you will receive 10% of the list price; on all mechanical reproductions the royalty of 50% will prevail.” In fine condition, with a few wrinkles and a uniform shade of mild toning.
