Vintage fountain pen signature, “Thanks! George M. Cohan,” at the conclusion of an off-white 5.5 x 8.5 sheet, on which the admirer typed a short letter, dated January 23, 1939, requesting the signature, citing that she’d “like to put it [Cohan’s autograph] with those of Gertrude Lawrence, Alfred Lunt, Otis Skinner, and other leading artists of the stage.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
