Standard AFTRA Exclusive Agency Contract between Goodman and the William Morris Agency for a period of one year, in which Goodman agrees to pay the agency “10% of all moneys or other consideration received by the Artist.” The agency assigns Wallace Jordan, Sol Leon, Lou Weiss, and Harry Kalcheim to “personally supervise the Artist’s business during the term of the contract.” A few staple marks to the top left corner, a staple mark and small cut to the top edge between two punch holes, a few ink marks, and a date stamp slightly affecting the signature, otherwise fine condition.
