Welsh actor (1912–1980) who won an Academy Award for his supporting role in the 1959 epic Ben-Hur. Scarce felt tip signature and inscription, “To Edward, Sincerely, Hugh Griffith,” on a light blue 5 x 3.5 card, with a typed collector’s notation to top edge. Matted with a glossy portrait of Griffith, to an overall size of 16 x 12. In fine condition.
