Lot 1205 Bob Hope
TLS signed “Bob” and crossing out his printed name, one page, 7.25 x 10.5, personal letterhead, June 12, 1963. Hope writes a witty letter of thanks to George Burns, in full: “Thanks, very much, for screaming so loud about my 60th birthday. I’ve been receiving nothing but Serutan and Geritol ever since that night. No, I did appreciate it and will do the same for you whenever you need me. Just call me—I’ll be at Sawtelle.” In fine condition, with a crease to the bottom left corner.
