Lot 1360 Inger Stevens
Popular Swedish-American actress (1934–1970) best known for her role in the 1960s TV series The Farmer’s Daughter. Stevens died of an overdose of drugs and alcohol at the age of 35. Steven’s rare yellow AFTRA union P&W benefits card, one page both sides, 6 x 4, dated November 27, 1963. Pension and Welfare benefit card filled out in type including her California address, birthdate, and Social Security number. Signed at the bottom “Inger Stevens.” A stamp across the front reads “Deceased.” On the reverse in type her brother is listed as beneficiary. With “Deceased” stamp affecting beginning of signature, several office notations including original address having been crossed out and written anew, and some wear to top edge and upper left corner crease, otherwise very good condition.
