^Lot 1377 Three Stooges: Phil Van Zandt

Character actor known for roles in Three Stooges shorts. Van Zandt’s rare off-white AFTRA union P&W benefits card, one page both sides, 6 x 4, dated no date. Pension and Welfare benefit card filled out in another hand in blue ballpoint including his California address, birthdate, and Social Security number. Signed at the bottom “Philip Van Zandt.” A handwriting notation across the front reads “Deceased.” On the reverse in another hand his wife and children are listed as beneficiaries. With “Deceased” notation affecting portions of writing, and a few small spots of soiling to top edge, otherwise fine condition and in a much cleaner state than these cards are usually found.
