Glass housing to expose the ornately engraved workings of the balancing mechanism, marble top & base, fancy legs, marked "16647" on front arm with proof mark. Proof marks on both trays marked "24119" and same proof mark as on scale balances. 28" wide x 13" deep x 12" tall.
