^Lot 980222 3 Civil War Naval Original Gilt Buttons Horstmann Bros

Here are 3 Naval issue gilt coat buttons from the Civil War era. The design features an eagle with anchor and stars. They are gilt, with original coat backings, one with slightly bent loop that could probably be straightened. One is marked "HORSTMANN BROS. & CO., PHIL." The other two are marked "HORSTMANN, PHILADELPHIA." They are approximately 17 mm in diameter. They are in good to excellent condition.
