A notification will be sent when this specific lot is about to close bidding. How you receive notifications can be configured within your account settings. Note that if you disable notifications (or have not verified your phone/email) you will not receive notifications. Also these lot-closing notifications are sometimes not sent if the auctioneer sells lots out of order or at a very fast pace.
You need to be approved for the auction before you can subscribe to lot notifications.
