Cyprus, ND (ca.1966-76), 5 Pounds, P-44s Unlisted Color Trial Banknote Specimen, plum-brown on m/c instead of issued blue on m/c, Arms at right, back plum-brown with embroidery with floral design, No date, Serial number or overprints other than SPECIMEN in red and ÒSpecimen of No ValueÓ on upper left front and back margins plus addition of Ò49Ó on back, POC, the note would have graded CU to Gem Uncirculated condition but it was previously mounted and removed on the left back margin which has left slightly translucent paper on the left margin area, otherwise still extremely attractive and rare.
